A Full-time Administrative Assistant is needed to support in the organization, communication and administrative office needs of the Human Resource Department of the Catholic Diocese of Beaumont. Skills needed are proficiency in Microsoft products excellent organizational skills, ability to deal with the public, and be detailed oriented. Must be a self-starter, service oriented, able to multi-task, maintain confidentiality and complete work timely. At least an Associates Degree and a minimum of two-four years’ experience as a secretary or related position for this 40-hour per week position is required. Experience working in Human Resources or Benefits is a plus.
