We are seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including maintaining HR systems (HRIS), reporting, and general administrative support. But more than that, we are looking for an individual that understands the importance of creating a healthy work culture and partnering well across complex organizations. This person will thrive in a heavily administrative role demonstrating a strong attention to detail, organization, and is comfortable navigating our HRIS platform Essential to this position is a balanced ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in administrative and HRIS support tasks.
