Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two (2) or more years of related experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree
  • Four (4) years administrative or related experience

Responsibilities

  • Supports daily operations of assigned department, including scheduling meetings, updating calendars, creating reports, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
  • Coordinates the work of student employees as needed.
  • Provides administrative support including working with vendors, greeting visitors and guests, and creating correspondence.
  • Participates in office initiatives and prepares documentation for memberships, workshops, and conferences.
  • Coordinates preparation of weekly meeting agendas and oversees logistics for meetings and travel.
  • Supports team with expense reporting.
  • Schedules meetings, coordinates safety and general training sessions, and assists with departmental events.
  • Coordinates and provides support for staff searches, hiring, onboarding, and exiting.
  • Processes and coordinates student payroll on-boarding, compensation changes, etc.
  • Tracks and updates office locations, contacts, and special needs.
