Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office operations is preferred but not required.
• Excellent typing skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with databases, spreadsheets, and online data management systems.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain company records in internal databases and systems.
• Verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before submission.
• Review documents to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
• Organize, sort, and maintain digital files and records.
• Generate reports and assist with basic data analysis when needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards for data management.
