Responsibilities

Be knowledgeable and assist customers in person or by phone with their collision insurance claims, estimate/repair procedures, and the steps needed to process their claims.
Answer and screen incoming calls, assist estimators with follow-up phone calls, and manage accounts receivable.
Assist in managing the rental car program and oversee the pick-up/drop-off process of loaner vehicles.
Perform duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, and receiving payments.
Use strong web-based program skills and keyboarding abilities to ensure efficient administrative operations.
