As the first point of contact for our collision center, you will assist customers who have experienced automobile accidents or need auto body repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and customer service skills who is looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment. Hours- Mon- Fri 9-6

Responsibilities

Be knowledgeable and assist customers in person or by phone with their collision insurance claims, estimate/repair procedures, and the steps needed to process their claims.
Answer and screen incoming calls, assist estimators with follow-up phone calls, and manage accounts receivable.
Assist in managing the rental car program and oversee the pick-up/drop-off process of loaner vehicles.
Perform duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, and receiving payments.
Use strong web-based program skills and keyboarding abilities to ensure efficient administrative operations.
