The Office Administrator position is one that requires flexibility and creativity. The position has the candidate spending part of the time in the front office, helping with student files, conducting tours, and helping with other administrative tasks. In addition to this, the candidate will spend part of the time in the classroom. They will provide assistance and educational coaching for the teachers along with lesson plan advice and covering for teachers when they need to step out of the classroom.
