The Administrative Assistant is part of the Norman-based Athletics Advancement/Sooner Club team and will provide support to the AVP for Athletics Advancement and their team of fundraisers. Serve as administrative support for scheduling, correspondence, travel, and record-keeping. Coordinate a variety of meetings, which involves scheduling, preparing agendas, setting up meeting rooms, ordering food, etc. Consistently produce a large number of presentations, reports, and communications. Serve as the liaison with OU Athletics administrative offices, Foundation and Advancement staff as well as donors.
