Truckee Meadows Community College, located in Reno Nevada, seeks an Administrative Assistant for the Facilities and Campus Operations Division. This position reports to the Executive Assistant, and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities Operations and staff by providing full coverage of the Facilities Services Office Front Desk by attending to customers, answering and transferring incoming calls as needed. Creates and processes work orders for different needs at all at all college locations: (Dandini Campus, William N. Pennington Applied Technology Center, William N. Pennington Health Science Center, and Meadowood Center). The Administrative Assistant in Facilities Operations provides vital administrative support to the Facilities department. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department's administrative functions. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and assisting with various departmental processes.
