Requirements

  • Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to routine inquiries, research complaints, and address concerns about election matters that are brought to the Bureau via email, phone, and in person
  • Enter and track information for required state and federal reports; compile and prepare reports
  • Prepare and review commission certificates, forms, lists and related materials; conduct nomination petition and nomination paper filing; help prepare training materials
  • Examine election related publications and recommend revisions to support effective and accurate communication
  • Work with county officials to support reporting and election administration
