The Opportunity To provide support to Distribution team by keeping updated product and pricing information on systems BPCS and OASIS-DXCMS by following established guidelines. Employee will have direct supervision.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Minimum 2 years related or similar position
  • Knowledge of Core Lab’s products, BPCS, OASIS - DXCMS and SA
  • Language Proficiency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • To update product and pricing information for Distributor and direct customers in OASIS-DXCMS and SAP.
  • To generate Price Exhibits as requested by Pricing, Sales Specialist or Customer Service Manager.
  • In BPCS: to keep spare parts inventory up to date; request item creation to CFS team when necessary; create/receive spare parts purchase orders.
  • To perform administrative tasks such as check requests; print and send debit/credit memos on a monthly basis; and re-print invoices as requested by customers.
