We are currently hiring for several positions, including Front Desk Coordinator, Call Center Representative, and Billing & Insurance Coordinator. Requirements

• Experience in medical or dental office preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Friendly, professional communication

• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude
• Check patients in and check patients out
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Collect payments and review treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Help create a positive, 5-star patient experience
• Answer patient and referral calls
• Schedule appointments and respond to inquiries
• Communicate clearly and kindly with patients and referring offices
• Support smooth daily office flow
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim processing
• Assist patients with billing and insurance questions
