About The Position

TC Energy is seeking a skilled Administrative Analyst to support the US Gas Operations (USGO) - Heartland Region in Eden, Wisconsin. This role is crucial for providing support to Regional Operations Managers and their teams. The Administrative Analyst will be directly involved in tracking and compiling operations and maintenance budgets, expenses, and forecasting activities across multiple business lines. The ideal candidate will be an efficient time manager, capable of working with minimal supervision, and possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six or more years of related experience.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Demonstrated budgeting and forecasting experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in administration, accounting, finance, business, or a related program.
  • Solid understanding of TC Energy's structure, business interests, and key stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data, including financial reporting and variances to budget.
  • Handle and process invoices, verifying accuracy and validity, requesting approval, coding, and submitting them.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to team members on company programs and processes such as time reporting, expense reporting, and training.
  • Requisition needed services and materials.
  • Support management of the department budget by compiling reports and assisting with forecasting activities.
  • Provide general and specialized information regarding departmental support functions.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information and issues appropriately and professionally.
  • Review and respond to internal and external communications while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Maintain the records filing system in accordance with company standards.
  • Assemble weekly management reports.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes as requested.
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Perform other tasks as required.
