The Administrative Analyst works with the Project Manager in the performance of administrative functions, while serving as the Drug & Alcohol Screener. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be comfortable handling urine specimens as an essential job function
  • Quickly and accurately record and process specimens, ensuring all relevant information is accurate, all requested tests are ordered, collection procedures are followed, while maintaining a chain of custody at all times
  • Maintain a clean and safe work collection environment, in compliance with industry protocols
  • Communicate in a professional, customer service-oriented manner with donors

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Drug Testing, Occupational Health, Third Party Administrator (TPA) or similar position is preferred
  • DOT collection experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Providing executive level administrative support such as resolving administrative problems, scheduling meetings, and appointments
  • Inputting information though an electronic database
  • Maintaining files per contract requirements
  • Receives, processes and track payroll, vacation requests and discrepancies
  • Coordinate schedules and update as required
  • Coordinate new hire documents and ensure all documents are provided to HR in a timely manner
  • Perform special projects including presentation, planning and coordinating multiple projects, and working with various resources to gather and disseminate important information
  • Prepares correspondence, reports, agendas and spreadsheets
  • Performs an assortment of job-related assignments as directed
  • Collecting urine specimens from donors at our local office and/or at contract locations. Please note, that this position would collect drug testing specimens only, there would be no venipuncture (blood) collections performed
  • Inputting of drug test results into the electronic tracking system
  • Processing instant tests and/or preparing specimens for transport to the laboratory for testing via courier service or overnight delivery
