Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 42 residential aged care homes, in-home support services and retirement living across WA, NSW, Qld and ACT. This is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, at their busy 95-bed Fairfield aged care home. The role involves working at reception as the first point of contact for enquiries from staff, consumers, and their relatives, facilitating a welcoming environment with high standards of customer service. The Administration Officer will provide comprehensive administrative support to the home's management team, manage the home’s filing system including archiving, and help arrange shift cover for unplanned employee absences.
