About The Position

The Administration Manager will lead and oversees administrative operations across U.S. regions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of service and delivery transactions, liquid inventory management, and compliance. Provides guidance to administrative teams, resolves escalations, and drives process improvements to support operational efficiency and customer experience. They will hire, train, and evaluate administrative team members; develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures. To succeed as an Administration Manager, you should be focused on attracting and retaining top talent and streamlining workflows to maximize quality and efficiency while reducing costs. You should be analytical, knowledgeable, and organized with a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
  • Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage and support administrative teams across multiple locations.
  • Monitor workload distribution and adjust resources to maintain service levels.
  • Provide training and development to ensure team competency and adherence to processes.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Validate accuracy of account maintenance and billing transactions.
  • Manage entry of physical liquid inventories for month-end processes, ensuring reconciliation between physical counts and system records.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Act as escalation point for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
