About The Position

ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking dedicated professionals with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position supports the Office of Naval Research (ONR). The Administration/Logistics/Planning Specialist will provide administrative, logistical, and planning support to ONR leadership and Science and Technology (S&T) programs. The selected candidate will support day-to-day operations, meeting and conference coordination, travel planning, stakeholder engagement activities, and administrative processes that enable successful program execution. The Administration/Logistics/Planning Specialist will work closely with Government leadership, Program Officers, researchers, and stakeholders across the Naval Research Enterprise to support organizational planning, scheduling, logistics management, and executive-level administrative activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while supporting senior Government personnel and complex Science and Technology initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university and recent experience supporting Federal Government programs OR High school diploma and ten (10) years of recent experience supporting Federal Government programs
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD clearance
  • Recent experience supporting Federal Government programs
  • Recent experience interacting with senior Government Science and Technology personnel and executives in technology development, requirements, acquisition, and Fleet/Force organizations
  • Experience supporting administrative, logistics, planning, scheduling, and coordination activities in a professional environment

Nice To Haves

  • Recent experience supporting Department of Defense or Department of the Navy programs
  • Experience interacting with senior Department of Defense or Department of the Navy Science and Technology personnel and executives in technology development, requirements, acquisition, and Fleet/Force organizations
  • Knowledge of ONR internal procedures for conference management and security controls
  • For candidates with an Associate’s degree, at least five (5) years of experience supporting Department of Defense programs
  • Two (2) or more years of on-site experience supporting ONR

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, logistical, and planning support to ONR leadership and Science and Technology (S&T) programs.
  • Support day-to-day operations, meeting and conference coordination, travel planning, stakeholder engagement activities, and administrative processes.
  • Work closely with Government leadership, Program Officers, researchers, and stakeholders across the Naval Research Enterprise.
  • Support organizational planning, scheduling, logistics management, and executive-level administrative activities.
