Coordinates scheduling, prepares and maintains documents, manages communications, and supports day-to-day office functions. Responsible for maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies, assisting with meeting and event coordination, and serving as a liaison between internal departments and external contacts. Works under moderate supervision while exercising independent judgment to resolve routine issues, improve processes, and support organizational productivity and operational effectiveness.
