About The Position

Froedtert ThedaCare Pharmacy Solutions (FTPS) is expanding its outpatient pharmacy services, including Retail, Specialty, and Home Delivery and we’re looking for a driven, relationship focused professional who thrives on owning a territory, building strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable growth. If you excel in fast paced, results oriented environments and know how to turn opportunities into outcomes, this role puts you at the center of our growth strategy. What you’ll do • Drive growth across outpatient pharmacy services o Lead initiatives that increase referral volume and service utilization across multiple pharmacy lines. Execute targeted strategies that directly support FTPS growth priorities and marketing plans. •Own and expand a high value referral territory o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources through consistent, strategic field engagement. Prioritize accounts, identify opportunities, and execute plans that translate into sustained volume growth. •Identify and activate new opportunities o Build a deep understanding of each outpatient pharmacy service line and use that knowledge to uncover untapped referral pathways. Proactively expand the reach and impact of FTPS services. • Build strategic partnerships across the ecosystem o Strengthen relationships with internal and external physician groups, employer benefits teams, local payers, PBMs, and patients. Create alignment, remove barriers, and position FTPS as the preferred pharmacy partner. •Enhance the end to end experience o Collaborate closely with FTPS operational teams to ensure a seamless, positive patient experience. Share field insights that help refine processes and strengthen long term loyalty. Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, liaison, or related experience, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with physicians is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or health-related field is required.
  • In lieu of a related degree, a minimum of 2 additional years of relevant experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, referral chain, including physician relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills is required.
  • Valid Drivers license is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in physician/practice relationships is preferred.
  • Experienced RNs is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM is a plus.
