This position is fully in-person on Oahu. The schedule is Monday-Friday, daytime, with locations in Ala Moana or Kapolei. The role involves assisting customers in a timely and accurate manner through phone interactions, maintaining performance standards for quantity, timeliness, accuracy, and quality while responding to inquiries. The position requires conducting research for routine inquiries and applying basic analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues. The Admin will manage the inventory of inquiries and coordinate with departments, resolving customer interactions by documenting and closing cases. Collaboration with peers, management, and other business areas is essential to ensure accurate and quality resolutions while adhering to performance guidelines. The role also includes servicing customers through various channels, including written or online inquiries, in-person interactions, or off-line data and project work.
