This position is fully in-person on Oahu. Assist customers in a timely and accurate manner through phone interactions. Maintain performance standards for quantity, timeliness, accuracy, and quality while responding to inquiries. Conduct research for routine inquiries and apply basic analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues. Manage inventory of inquiries and coordinate with departments. Resolve customer interactions by documenting and closing cases. Collaborate with peers, management, and other business areas to ensure accurate and quality resolutions while adhering to performance guidelines. Service customers through various channels, including written or online inquiries, in-person interactions, or off-line data and project work.
