About The Position

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Admin Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core values and Brand. This role involves understanding and following Westview Co-op’s policies and procedures, participating in the Health and Safety Program, and promoting a culture of safety. The Admin Team Member will provide professional, people-first, service to our Members and Guests, living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto. General office duties include greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, providing invoice copies, answering email, and filing. A key part of the role is understanding our Membership Program and assisting Guests with Equity Withdrawals, Statements, and T4As. The position also involves preparing daily deposits for cheque and cash transactions, preparing and auditing location deposits, reconciling weekly, posting daily payments on accounts received electronically, and preparing and posting weekly credit card payments with accuracy and attention to detail. The Admin Team Member will work with the credit administrator to ensure account information is kept up to date, assist the Team for vacation coverage, and take on other projects and assignments as required.
