About The Position

The Grocery Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core values and Brand. This includes understanding and following Westview Co-op’s policies and procedures, participating in the Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety. The role involves providing professional, people-first, service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto. Key tasks include production, packaging, and merchandising of product, handling cash/till operations, accurate ordering and receiving of product, and ensuring a high level of image and cleanliness in line with Brand expectations. Other projects and assignments may be required. This position requires the use of equipment, as well as frequent heavy lifting of product (up to 50lbs unassisted).

Requirements

• Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
