As a Transcriptionist Team Lead, you play a critical role behind the scenes of patient care—ensuring clinical reports are accurate, timely, and support strong outcomes across Lifemark’s rehabilitation programs. You’ll lead a team of transcriptionists who work independently, while fostering connection, consistency, and quality across a highly collaborative clinical network. This role involves delivering high-quality, timely transcription for complex rehabilitation programs including WCB, and specialist reports. You will lead a remote team of transcriptionists, supported by you as their leader, and connected to interdisciplinary clinic teams across Alberta. The work environment is from home with structured workflows, clear expectations, and consistent communication with clinical teams and program stakeholders. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll mentor, support quality assurance, and help shape efficient processes across a large and growing rehabilitation network. At Lifemark, strong clinical outcomes rely on strong operational support. In this role, you’ll be trusted to lead with autonomy while staying closely connected to clinic teams delivering complex care. You’ll support programs similar to those delivered in large interdisciplinary environments—where timely, accurate reporting is essential to patient progress and program success. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys precision, leadership, and building team consistency in a remote environment.
