About The Position

We’re hiring Mortgage Support Associates in Winchester, VA to support the home lending process for our Fortune 100 banking client! This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented professionals interested in gaining experience within the mortgage industry. This is a foundational contract to hire role with the opportunity to gain mortgage experience and potentially grow within Home Lending as business needs allow.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home workspace
• Candidates must be available for the full training schedule. No time off can be accommodated during the first 6 months.

• Previous document review experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase contracts and mortgage documents
• Complete and follow up on requests for loan documentation
• Create initial disclosures for qualifying applications
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams
• Manage daily tasks while maintaining accuracy and deadlines
