About The Position

IHCS provides an Integrated Delivery System in the home setting, which includes, DME, Respiratory, Home Health and Home Infusion services. IHCS has a select network of Medicare and/or Medicaid Certified and Accredited providers to respond to the needs of our patients – 24/7. The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for all driver scheduling to ensure timely delivery and pickup of patient supplies and equipment. Requirements

  • Must be a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license for at least three years.
  • Motivated and able to function independently. Possesses organizational skills to assume efficient use of time.
  • Be able to communicate well with patients and other members of the company. Must be flexible with work scheduled.
  • Dependable in attendance and job performance.
  • Required to uphold the principles of compliance as outlined in the Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook and related policies and procedures. Supports and participates in the mandatory Corporate Compliance Program training initiative on an annual or more frequent basis, as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of durable medical equipment is desirable.
