About The Position

This position is responsible for the effective and efficient completion of all new rate cards, rate card modifications and special rate card requests. Also responsible for documenting, cataloging and maintaining all rate cards in the system. Additional responsibilities include prompt and courteous service to both internal and external customers. Ideal candidates will have prior administrative experience within an automotive environment (e.g., dealership, repair shop, or related industry). This position offers a hybrid work arrangement for local candidates in our Albuquerque office and is also open to remote applicants.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience of 1-2 years in a previous service contract or business processing environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to actively listen and solve problems.
  • Organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Multi-tasking skills are crucial.
  • Ability to change direction and adjust priorities frequently during the day.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization, in addition to customers, agents and clients.
  • Customer service attitude and ability to ensure all customers, and/or client related issues are handled in a fast, fair and courteous manner.
  • Ability to analyze and/or gather all available information to formulate sound decisions and effectively resolve a variety of rate card issues.
  • Detail oriented with a keen attention to accuracy and quality.
  • Above average computer skills, including a solid working knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively and efficiently complete all daily tasks relating to rate card development, implementation, and modification utilizing Excel.
  • Promptly resolve rate card issues.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Document, catalog, and maintain all rate cards.
  • Installation of rates, forms, and eligibility parameters into contract management system.
  • Manage and respond to emails in both personal and shared department inboxes.
  • Act as a backup to the Quality Assurance Associate by being able to conduct thorough testing of rates.
  • Participate in additional cross training within the organization.
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned.
