The Administrative Assistant - Georgetown assists with maintaining site reports in compliance with city, state, and federal regulations, processes driver paperwork, and handles cash reconciliation and bank deposits for the gatehouse and Gardenville. This position works with the Safety Department to process uniform orders for all Operations and Maintenance employees at the Georgetown site, updates payroll and human resources information, as directed, and serves as the point of contact for anyone inquiring about Georgetown operations. The Administrative Assistant - Georgetown is a hybrid role and will serve as a Gatehouse agent every Saturday and occasional weekdays as needed.
