About The Position

We are hiring an experienced, dependable Admin / Accounting Assistant for our North Houston area client. This role supports daily front office and accounting operations in a small office environment. The position is temp-to-hire.

Requirements

  • Previous front office experience, preferably for a small company.
  • Accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections experience required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and email; comfortable learning new software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Team-oriented attitude with the flexibility to help where needed in a small office.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily front office and accounting operations in a small office environment.
  • Process accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and assist with collections.
  • Set up new customer accounts and maintain organized files.
  • Scan and file documents.
  • Order office supplies and provide general administrative support.
  • Answer incoming phone calls as needed.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while assisting various departments.
