About The Position
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, this role provides support during peak periods and for special events in the venues and for events under the jurisdiction of Communications and Production. The position involves coordinating backstage, stage, and front-of-house operations, maintaining production logs, and monitoring adherence to safety regulations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2 Years Related Experience
- Knowledge of music and standard concepts for a variety of stage set ups, including small and large music ensembles
- Experience operating computerized lighting and sound equipment
- Advanced knowledge of related audio/video software
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Client focused, professional and proactive
- English spoken and written
- French, spoken and read is a must
- Available to work days, nights and weekends
- Scheduled hours are variable by week based on event activity
- CPR and First Aid training
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Willing to work in the province of Quebec
