Requirements

• A Master's Degree in Psychology or related field OR a Master's Degree (any discipline) and 18 graduate credit hours in Psychology/related field required.
• To demonstrate effective communication and organization skills.
• To show evidence of the depth of knowledge, background, and continual development in the field of teaching and area of expertise.

Nice To Haves

• Previous teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver evening, weekend, and web-based courses in Psychology.
• Participate in mandatory college activities that support the department and the mission of the college.
• Preparing instructional materials and assessing student performance, including electronic submission of never attends, early alerts, mid-term grades, and final grades by the required dates.
• Have the ability to work with a wide range of learning styles and backgrounds.
