Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, or related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise or professional experience in the subject area
  • Strong communication and instructional skills
  • Commitment to inclusive excellence and student success

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in assigned discipline
  • Prepare and deliver engaging, student-centered instruction (in-person, hybrid, or online as assigned)
  • Maintains appropriate office hours (1 hour per week per course) and advises students on coursework
  • Assess student performance and provide timely feedback
  • Maintain regular communication with students and department leadership
  • Uphold university academic policies and integrity standards
