About The Position

Marymount University's School of Business is seeking management professionals to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Organizational Behavior and Leadership. The role involves teaching high-quality courses in both online and face-to-face settings at the Ballston Center campus. The School of Business is accredited by ACBSP and is in the candidacy phase for AACSB accreditation. Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related degree is required.
• Documented continuing professional education in management.
• Record of leadership and professional service in management.
• Significant experience as a management or business professional is required to teach at the undergraduate and master’s levels.
• Experience teaching in higher education or with adult learnings face-to-face and/or online is required.

Nice To Haves

• Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Ten or more years of experience as a management or business professional is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach designated courses, face-to-face, keeping teaching materials current, interacting with students in discussions and hands-on activities, the continuous grading of assignments, and monitoring student performance through the courses.
• Maintain appropriate office hours and support students in their educational journey and in their career progression.
