Lincoln Tech is actively seeking passionate BSN or MSN-prepared Registered Nurses to join our Practical Nursing Program as a Part-Time Adjunct Instructor. No teaching experience is required. Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
Active RN license in New Jersey
Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience
Strong background in medical-surgical nursing
Passion for teaching and mentoring future nurses

Responsibilities

Provide high quality instruction to students in assigned courses with emphasis on active teaching strategies to engage students
Guide nursing students in applying theoretical concepts to practical situations in the classroom or laboratory
Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing curriculum
Assess student progress, evaluate learning outcomes, and provide feedback
Work with course faculty and program directors to support student progression
Operate within the rules and regulations set by state and federal regulatory and accrediting bodies
