About The Position

The Law Department at Bentley University is seeking qualified candidates for adjunct faculty positions in Law. This is a pooled posting, meaning openings may not always be available, but applications will be kept on file for future consideration. The department is particularly interested in candidates with expertise in Commercial Law, Environmental Law, Health Law, Securities Law, and Social Justice Law, but also welcomes applications from those with expertise in other topical areas as new courses are developed or faculty needs change. Requirements

  • Expertise in Commercial Law, Environmental Law, Health Law, Securities Law, or Social Justice Law is preferred.
  • Expertise in other topical legal areas is also welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Teach courses in Commercial Law, Environmental Law, Health Law, Securities Law, and Social Justice Law, or other topical areas as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of new courses or adapt to changes in current faculty needs.
  • Maintain expertise in relevant legal fields.
