About The Position

The Adjunct Instructor provides instruction in assigned John Deere Tech program courses and develops new courses or updates existing courses to keep the program aligned with industry standards and processes. The instructor maintains and upgrades classroom and laboratory facilities and equipment so they are safe and in proper working order for student use, and completes and maintains program and student records. The role also includes maintaining inventory records for program and John Deere training equipment in assigned laboratory areas, participating in college and Transportation Division activities, and performing other assigned college and program duties.

The instructor supports a culture of belonging by helping create an environment where students, faculty, and college employees feel welcomed, valued, and empowered. Requirements

• Associate degree in John Deere Technology, Diesel Technology, or a related field.
• Two years of Ag Service Department experience related to the area of assigned instruction.

Responsibilities
