SFCC provides a high-quality, geographically, financially and emotionally accessible education to more than 4,000 students who range from traditional college-age students to adult learners. The college offers associate of arts, associate of fine arts, associate of science and associate of applied science degrees, professional and skills certificates, and noncredit courses and programs, and workforce development training in a 14-county area in central Missouri with locations in Sedalia, Boonville, Clinton, Lake of the Ozarks, Whiteman Air Force Base, Jefferson City and online. Position Purpose: We are looking for qualified candidates to teach various classes within the Public Safety, Government and Public Service Pathway during future semesters either online, at main campus in Sedalia or at one of our extended campuses. Applicants should have a master’s degree in the subject matter they wish to teach or a related field with 18 graduate hours in field. Not all positions are needed currently, but we are trying to build a pool of qualified faculty as needs arise in future semesters. These are part time positions based solely on need each semester with no benefits. Programs under this category include criminal justice, fire science, political science and public administration.
