About The Position

The University of Northern Colorado's College of Natural and Health Sciences, specifically the Science Education department, is seeking Adjuncts with expertise in elementary and secondary science education. This is an open pool posting to form a hiring pool for part-time adjunct positions. Adjuncts in this pool will support the elementary and secondary science education programs. The pool may be used to fill vacancies for the Fall 2026 - Summer 2027 academic year and expires on 05/31/2027. Applicants wishing to remain in this pool past this date must reapply.

Requirements

Master's or Doctoral degree in science, science education, or related field is required.
For applicants without a Master's Degree, tested experience must be met.
Authorization to work in the United States is required after a conditional offer of employment has been made.
The successful candidate must submit original transcripts within one (1) month of hire.
This position is contingent on funding from the Colorado State Legislature, approval by the Board of Trustees, and subject to the policies and regulations of the University of Northern Colorado.
