About The Position
Hopkinsville Community College invites applications for our part-time Psychology adjunct faculty pool. These are temporary, part-time positions used to fill classroom vacancies as needed when regular full-time faculty are not available due to increased enrollment, workload, or scheduling: days, evenings, weekends, and/or online.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, or a Master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in any combination of the qualifying fields.
Responsibilities
- Plans and carries out instruction, instructional activities, and prepares learning materials for special studies.
- Provides instructions to students in both theory and practice in the particular area of instruction.
- Prepares lesson plans and maintains records and reports on student attainment and progress.
- Maintains classroom order and discipline.
