Columbia College Chicago is a private urban institution of approximately 4,000 undergraduate and graduate students, four-year College offering a distinctive curriculum that blends liberal arts, creative and media arts and business is currently searching for a(an) ADJUNCT FACULTY. In addition to its regular, full-time faculty, Columbia College Chicago hires scholars, creative professionals and other industry-experienced Adjunct Faculty to teach courses on a part-time basis. Positions are not available every semester and are contingent upon student enrollment and the availability of funding. The School of Communication and Culture offers courses in our Journalism and Communication, and Creative Writing BA programs as well as in US and global culture, literature, and history, with particular emphases in African American Studies, Black World Studies, Latine Studies, and Feminist, Gender, and LGBTQAI+ Studies. We also support the first-year writing curriculum and provide courses in American Sign Language, Philosophy, Podcasting, Psychology, Audio Narrative, and Voiceover.
