About The Position
The Department of Health Sciences seeks adjunct instructors to teach undergraduate courses in Nutrition and related fields on an as-needed basis. Ideal candidates bring professional experience in their discipline and a commitment to supporting student growth through hands-on instruction, critique, and mentorship.
Requirements
- Master's degree in nutrition or related field
- Minimum 18 graduate hours in nutrition or related field
Nice To Haves
- Registered Dietitian preferred
- Church of Christ preferred
- Some teaching experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Teach lecture and lab weekly on Tuesday/Thursday
- Create a grocery list weekly
- Ensure students follow lab cleaning procedures
- Other duties as assigned
