Walden University is seeking Faculty for the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program to teach and mentor students in their role as mental health counselors. The program focuses on preparing students academically, professionally, and personally to become skilled counselors, based on a philosophical foundation of the scholar-practitioner model, culturally relevant pedagogy and practice, academic and experiential learning, and developmental instruction with an emphasis on personal growth. The M.S. in Mental Health Counseling program is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP).
