The Health Sciences Department offers college-level Dental Hygiene courses in a face-to-face format. Adjunct instructors instruct students in theory and clinic, develop curricula, assess student learning, participate in program evaluation, and maintain College and department standards.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in a qualifying field
• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Current Florida Dental Hygiene License
• Current BLS for health care providers
• Successful results of a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in theory and clinic
• Develop curricula
• Assess student learning
• Participate in program evaluation
• Maintain College and department standards
• Use technology required for assigned course(s)
