Adjunct Faculty - CAS DPA Arts Management Program (Open Continuous)
About The Position
American University's College of Arts and Sciences, Department of Performing Arts, Arts Management Program is seeking applications for adjunct faculty positions for upcoming Academic Years. The rank will be determined by the applicant's highest degree earned and their professional experience and accomplishments. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. This is an open continuous vacancy announcement to fill adjunct positions as they become available. The Department of Performing Arts offers undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs across various performing arts disciplines and is part of the College of Arts and Sciences, which fosters scholarship in the Arts, Humanities, and Sciences.
Requirements
- Possess a terminal degree in the course subject area (for higher salary range).
- Possess a degree in the course subject area (for lower salary range).
- Must deliver services to the university from either the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia, or perform work on-site at the university.
- Successful completion of a background check.
