About The Position

The Art Department is seeking applicants for adjunct faculty positions for Drawing and Composition and Ceramics courses. In-seat classroom positions are available on the main campus. Required qualifications include a discipline-related master’s degree or a master’s degree and at least 18 graduate hours in the discipline. Candidates with terminal degrees and other specialized training are also highly desired. Adjunct contracts are less than part-time and made on a semester-by-semester basis, but often result in recurring assignments within a regular course rotation. Adjunct openings often occur on short notice as additional class sections are added based on enrollment numbers. Applications are always welcome.
