Schedule: This is a 3 4 x11 rotating shift alternating Wednesday to Saturday Shifts Available Wed-Sat 1st shift (5am -4:30pm) Purpose The Additive Manufacturing Technician position is to support the production of high-quality, precision components through FOD free operations which includes additive manufacturing and post-processing equipment. This role ensures that Additive Manufacturing operations run efficiently; parts consistently meet engineering, quality, and customer specifications, while meeting production targets safely and efficiently. The Role The Additive Manufacturing Technician plays a vital role in the daily execution of additive manufacturing (AM) operations. The AM Technician is expected to exemplify our core values and demonstrate operational excellence. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with good mechanical aptitude, good hand-eye coordination with an understanding of production workflows, can adapt to shifting priorities, and is eager to learn and have competency with AM processes. The technician is responsible for maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency throughout production, while working collaboratively with leads, supervisors, and management to meet operational goals and continuously improve processes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with computer software.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support and mentor peers.

  • The ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in Additive Manufacturing or Manufacturing.
  • Experience in aerospace or automotive AM environments.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards is a plus.
  • Experience with highly technical equipment such as lasers, MRI’s, EDM’s, Robotics, CNC’s, and CMM.
