Additive Manufacturing Technician
About The Position
Incodema3D is seeking a passionate and hands-on Additive Manufacturing Technician to join their innovative team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative, high-tech environment and are excited by the future of metal 3D printing for aerospace and defense. The technician will be part of a small, dedicated team responsible for the safe and precise operation of advanced metal 3D printers. This is a full-time role operating on a four-day work week (Wednesday–Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday, 4:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), offering a balanced schedule with maximum impact.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and a desire for hands-on, technical work.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or related technical experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by U.S.C 1324b (a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorization from the U.S. Department of State.
Responsibilities
- Start and monitor critical print jobs, ensuring precision and quality.
- Handle and verify specialized metal powders.
- Expertly unload parts, remove powder, and finish products using bandsaws and media blasting.
- Execute tasks with a high level of detail and problem-solving to meet exacting standards.
