About The Position

Incodema3D is seeking a passionate and hands-on Additive Manufacturing Technician to join our innovative team. Join a small, dedicated team responsible for the safe and precise operation of our advanced metal 3D printers. This full-time role operates on a four-day work week (Wednesday–Saturday, 2:00 pm to 12:30 am) or (Sunday-Wednesday 2:00pm to 12:30am), giving you a balanced schedule with maximum impact.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and a desire for hands-on, technical work.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or related technical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. protected individual as defined by U.S.C 1324b (a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorization from the U.S. Department of State.

Responsibilities

• Start and monitor critical print jobs, ensuring precision and quality.
• Handle and verify specialized metal powders.
• Expertly unload parts, remove powder, and finish products using bandsaws and media blasting.
• Execute tasks with a high level of detail and problem-solving to meet our exacting standards.
