About The Position

We are seeking an Additive Manufacturing Machine Technician to support manufacturing operations in Georgetown, Kentucky. This hands-on position will operate and maintain industrial additive manufacturing/3D printing equipment and support the complete build process from machine setup through post-processing. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience operating 3D printing equipment and experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience operating 3D printing/additive manufacturing equipment.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working primarily in a shop-floor environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends/holidays as required.
• Ability to travel approximately 10%.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with industrial additive manufacturing processes.
• CAD or design experience.
• Experience maintaining production documentation and managing data.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain additive manufacturing/3D printing machines.
• Set up equipment, load materials, and start production builds.
• Monitor equipment to help ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Safely unload completed builds.
• Perform post-processing and finishing of manufactured parts.
• Maintain accurate production logs and equipment service records.
• Troubleshoot operational and equipment issues.
• Work collaboratively with manufacturing and technical team members.
• Follow established safety procedures and shop-floor requirements.
