About The Position

As a successful applicant, you will be responsible to provide recovery services to persons affected by substance abuse and family members. This will include screening and on-going assessment activities, individual and group counseling, case and file management and community resource involvement. You will be working within a team environment. Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement. Requirements

  • Chemical Dependency diploma
  • Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
  • Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.
